CUSTOMER SERVICES & SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
Lucien joined Senceive in 2010 after completing his MSc in Physics at Imperial College London. He originally started off covering a broad range of duties such as; customer support, WebMonitor configuration, PCB design, component procurement, workshop assembly and testing, as well as installations.
As an experienced and valued member of Senceive, Lucien has recently become the Customer Services & Support Supervisor. Lucien manages the Senceive WebMonitor system, sets up new sites for customers, carries out fault finding and assists customers on a daily basis. Lucien is also fully PTS trained for Rail and visits customer sites during and after installation to offer hands on assistance.
As the company continues to grow, Lucien is also helping bring Senceive to the forefront of innovation by carrying out constant testing and improvements on the WebMonitor system. He also designs new PCBs to help maintain Senceive’s position as world leaders in wireless RCM.
