CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
Stan is a Business Computing Systems graduate, with experience in networked security solutions. He has experience in IP systems and has worked in customer support from IT to Technical, this includes field installation and both remote and onsite troubleshooting.
Stan manages the Senceive WebMonitor system, sets up new sites for customers, carries out fault finding and assists customers on a daily basis. He is PTS trained and certified and is responsible for customer liaisons to ensure a smooth installation process and ongoing support during the lifetime of the project.
