We’d like someone who can enhance our data processing, cleansing and verification capabilities, to ensure that high fidelity data has the level of integrity required for our clients to analyse. We handle large volumes of raw & processed data, we would like you to apply sensor fusion techniques to gain greater insight from situations than can be detected from single sensors alone. We offer filters and outlier detection algorithms, which you will enhance and maintain.
Naturally you will have excellent numerical skills, most likely evidenced by a good degree in numerical or computational science, but you’ll also have a solid appreciation for the physical world, and instinctively understand most engineering units. You will most likely be familiar with Matlab, C++, Python and toolkits such as NumPy as well as data visualisation tools such as D3.js or GGplot. Proficiency with SQL will be a real benefit, along with a passion for decision science, machine learning and optimisation.
