Senceive is a world class highly innovative technology company who lead the global market in structural and geotechnical wireless monitoring solutions. We support clients including surveyors, monitoring companies and contractors, helping them protect and maintain their geotechnical and structural assets and infrastructure across a wide range of sectors, from Rail to Construction, Transportation, Mining and Utilities.

Senceive is expanding rapidly and seeking a North American Customer Support  Specialist to join our highly responsive team looking after an international customer base with world-leading products.

Your role will be to support customers from the early stages of project planning, through configuration, installation and after-sales. You will help to develop relationships and ensure that award-winning Senceive technology is used to best effect in a  range of applications.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience of structural or geotechnical monitoring, surveying or civil engineering with an enthusiasm for exceeding customers’ expectations with quality service and support. Other backgrounds which could be relevant include telecoms, security systems, signals and rail infrastructure installation.

Our products are innovative and high tech and an ability to understand not just structural and geotechnical monitoring, but communications and networks is essential.
