Due to the company’s continued success and growth, Senceive is rapidly expanding and seeking a Customer Support and Training Technician to join our highly responsive team looking after an international customer base with world-leading products.

Your role will be to support customer projects from the early stages of planning, through configuration, installation and after-sales as well as training customers to used our award-winning products to their best effect.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience of structural or geotechnical monitoring, surveying or civil engineering with an enthusiasm for exceeding customers’ expectations with quality service and support. Other backgrounds which could be relevant include telecoms, security systems, signals and rail infrastructure installation.

Our products are innovative and high tech and an ability to understand not just structural and geotechnical monitoring, but communications and networks is essential. Experience of customer training or the creation of training courses and materials would also be very useful, as would competence in a European language other than English.
