Senceive's track sensor technology has been chosen by The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western to perform adjacent construction monitoring of more than 1,800 feet of Union Pacific Railroad track as part of their construction of a new rail bridge.
This construction is part of the Illinois Tollway I-490 project, which falls under the Tollway’s 15-year, $14 billion Move Illinois capital program.
The Senceive wireless remote track monitoring system, consisting of over 675 tiltmeter nodes, will be utilized throughout the various phases of construction during this project.
