Connectivity has long been one of the biggest challenges in remote infrastructure monitoring. Many of the highest-risk sites - such as mines, tailings dams, and rail corridors - are located far from reliable cellular coverage, yet these are often the areas most vulnerable to landslides, slope failures, and ground movement.
Senceive is removing that barrier.
Following the introduction of Starlink satellite connectivity for our GeoWAN Gateway and CameraHub, we are now extending this capability to the FlatMesh™ platform, enabling truly off-grid monitoring in even the most remote locations.
By combining FlatMesh™ with dedicated Starlink connectivity, users can deploy full InfraGuard™ monitoring, including movement-triggered image capture, automated alerts, and near real-time data reporting, without relying on terrestrial networks.
All delivered through a fully integrated Starlink FlatMesh CameraHub Gateway, supported by solar charging and an optional wind-power add-on for more demanding environments.
Starlink Remote Connectivity: Key Benefits
- Provides a solution where no power or network connectivity exists
- Worldwide coverage enables seamless monitoring where traditional terrestrial networks fall short
- Extends monitoring to isolated sites such as mines, tailings dams, and rail lines
- FlatMesh™ version supports full CameraHub and InfraGuard™ capabilities
- Operates reliably across extreme temperatures, from -30°C to 50°C
- Solar charging with MPPT; optional wind-power add-on for off-grid power
The result? Early warnings, continuous insight, and confidence in the condition of assets. No matter how remote the location. Find out more
